About Phuket in Thailand
Located in the southeast of Phuket Island, Phuket City is the capital of Phuket province in Thailand.
Phuket is surrounded by the translucent waters of the Andaman Sea. It has a population of 60,000 people. Phuket Island is the largest island of Thailand. It is home to more than 23 scenic off-white beaches, including Laem Ka Beach, Rawai Beach, Kata Beach.

Wat Phra Nang Sang which houses a large number of interesting relics, statues and murals, is the island's oldest temple dating back over 200 years. Wat Chalong is the most important Buddhist temple of Phuket. Other tourist attractions include Phuket Sea Shell Museum, Thai Village and Orchid Farm, Phra Tong Temple, Mangrove Forest and the ruins of ancient kingdoms.
